Grading requirements for 7th Kyu
As with the beginners, students must show that they have learned the main prinicipals of the karate art - Control, Focus and Discipline along with the correct stances and techniques that they have been shown. At this level you are also now required to be able to perform your first kata. Below is a list of the main techniques they are asked to perform on a grading.
